What is it made of and how tough is it?

Fiberglass-reinforced PVC that is gentle on skin. Its high-pressure inflatable build (8 PSI) and 5 cm stiffened walls stand up to heavy, long-term use.

What are its size and capacity?

90 cm across and 75 cm tall, 420 L total capacity and 14 kg. It allows full immersion for people up to 2 m tall. Fill it to 2/3 to avoid spills.

How well does it keep the water cold?

The 5 cm insulation and the buckle-on thermal lid keep the temperature steady for longer, so you add ice less often.

Can I use a chiller with Pint?

Yes. It has 1/2" connections and works with Polar S and Polar PRO. See the tub + chiller combos.

Can I leave it outdoors?

Yes. Its reinforced build and thermal lid make it fit for outdoors. In extreme weather or long breaks, store it in its DuffelBag.

How long does delivery take?

We process your order within 1 business day and delivery in Mexico takes 7 business days at most; hard-to-reach areas may take longer. We share the tracking number with you.

What if I am not satisfied?

You can request a return within 30 days. The product must come back in its original packaging with all accessories. Return shipping is usually on you; if the return is justified, PIOLET refunds it too. Refunds are processed 7 to 10 business days after we receive and check the product.
