What is it made of and how tough is it?

Ultra-durable PVC with a DropStitch build and 8 cm of insulation in stiffened walls, for more rigidity and durability.

What are its size and capacity?

160 cm long, 85 cm wide and 65 cm tall, 480 L total capacity and 17 kg. It fits one or two people. Fill it to 2/3 to avoid spills.

How well does it keep the water cold?

The 8 cm insulation and buckle-on ThermoLid hold the temperature longer than a standard portable tub. For long sessions, keep the lid buckled or connect a chiller.

Can I use a chiller with Pool MAX?

Yes. It has 1/2" connections and works with Polar PRO. See the tub + chiller combos.

Can I leave it outdoors?

Yes, it is built for heavy use. In extreme weather or long breaks, store it in its BackPack.

How long does delivery take?

We process your order within 1 business day and delivery in Mexico takes 7 business days at most; hard-to-reach areas may take longer. We share the tracking number with you.

What if I am not satisfied?

You can request a return within 30 days. The product must come back in its original packaging with all accessories. Return shipping is usually on you; if the return is justified, PIOLET refunds it too. Refunds are processed 7 to 10 business days after we receive and check the product.
