What comes in the box?

Triple-layer tub, removable ring plus a spare, ThermoLid, Allweather Cover, 6 poles, hand pump, drain hose, DuffelBag and 2 spare patches. The manual is in manuals.

What if the removable ring fails?

The ring is Rip-stop polyester. If it gets punctured, use the spare. If both fail, fix it with the included patches or bicycle patches.

Can I use a chiller with RecoveryPod?

Yes. It has 1/2" connections and works with Polar S and Polar PRO.

Can I leave it outdoors?

Yes, with the Allweather Cover on. In extreme weather or long breaks, store it in its bag.

How long does delivery take?

We process your order within 1 business day and delivery in Mexico takes 7 business days at most; hard-to-reach areas may take longer. We share the tracking number with you.

What if I am not satisfied?

You can request a return within 30 days. The product must come back in its original packaging with all accessories. Return shipping is usually on you; if the return is justified, PIOLET refunds it too. Refunds are processed 7 to 10 business days after we receive and check the product.
