Does CyberPlunge include a chiller?
No. The purchase includes the ice bath and its waterproof, thermally insulating cover. The chiller is sold separately.

How much water does it hold?
Capacity is 500 L.
What is it made of?
Both the inner and outer walls are 1.35 mm 304 stainless steel. Between the walls there is 12 mm of thermal insulation.
How much does it weigh when installed?
Empty, the ice bath weighs 110 kg. Filled (500 L) it weighs about 610 kg before adding a user; with a 130 kg reference user, total load is about 740 kg (the chiller usually sits on a separate surface).
Can it be installed outdoors?
It can be used outdoors in protected conditions on a suitable surface. Permanent unprotected exposure to sun, rain, or salt air is not confirmed.
What warranty does it have?
It has a 12-month factory warranty against manufacturing defects, subject to correct installation and use. PIOLET’s 30-day satisfaction guarantee also applies.
CyberPlunge vs Pool MAX?
Pool MAX is inflatable, portable, and for up to 2 people. CyberPlunge is fixed, 304 stainless steel, and for 1 person. Choose Pool MAX if you want mobility or two users; CyberPlunge if you want a premium fixed install with Polar PRO.
Do I need special plumbing?
No. Fill the ice bath with a hose and connect the 1/2" loop to Polar PRO. No permanent water line required. You do need a practical drain and a surface that can carry the load.
How far can Polar PRO be from the ice bath?
Use the hoses supplied with Polar PRO and avoid excess length or elbows that restrict flow. For a longer run, ask PIOLET support before adapting hoses.
Is it suitable for a gym or spa?
Yes, when paired with Polar PRO and the install (floor, ventilation, drain) is adequate. CyberPlunge is a fixed ice bath; intensive use depends on the chiller and water maintenance.
