How do I know it fits my equipment?

Each accessory description says which equipment it is for. Polar S2 and Polar PRO cartridges are not interchangeable and generic ones do not fit. If in doubt, message us on WhatsApp before you buy.

How long does delivery take?

We process your order within 1 business day and delivery in Mexico takes 7 business days at most; hard-to-reach areas may take longer. We share the tracking number with you.

What if I am not satisfied?

You can request a return within 30 days. The product must come back in its original packaging with all accessories. Return shipping is usually on you; if the return is justified, PIOLET refunds it too. Refunds are processed 7 to 10 business days after we receive and check the product.

Can I get a factura (tax invoice)?
