Colombia (Wave A)

• We ship to Colombia. Freight is calculated at checkout (Envia) and paid by the customer.
• Prices may show in COP depending on Markets; the Shopify Payments charge is in the checkout currency.
• MSI and promotional free shipping apply only in Mexico.

International shipping (outside Mexico)

• The checkout total covers the product and freight to your country. It does not include duties, import VAT/taxes, or customs or courier fees.
• Those costs are paid by the recipient at destination (the carrier or customs charges them at dispatch or delivery). Each country sets the amount; PIOLET does not calculate or collect it.
• Incoterm: DAP (Delivered at Place).
• Shipments within Mexico: this import charge does not apply.
