What is it made of and how tough is it?

It is an inflatable DropStitch tub in reinforced PVC, with 8 cm of insulation, inflated up to 10 PSI. Protect the surface and do not go over 10 PSI.

What are its size and capacity?

160 cm across and 70 cm tall, 900 L, 17 kg empty, 1/2" connections and room for up to 4 people. Check your installation space before you buy.

What comes in the box?

Tub, insulated all-weather lid, repair kit and foot pump. A chiller is not included.

Which chiller fits it?

The recommended one is Polar PRO, sold in the PARTY combo. Polar S is not recommended for this tub.

Can I leave it outdoors?

Yes, it is made for events and home, indoors or outdoors. Use the weatherproof lid, keep sharp objects away and shield it from long direct sun when not in use.

How long does delivery take?

We process your order within 1 business day and delivery in Mexico takes 7 business days at most; hard-to-reach areas may take longer. We share the tracking number with you.

What if I am not satisfied?

You can request a return within 30 days. The product must come back in its original packaging with all accessories. Return shipping is usually on you; if the return is justified, PIOLET refunds it too. Refunds are processed 7 to 10 business days after we receive and check the product.
